Refund policy

Thank you for shopping at Lil Neko's! We want you to love what you ordered, but if something isn't right, here's how returns and refunds work.

Return Window: You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags attached.

How to Start a Return: Email lilnekosonline@gmail.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue (photos help if the item arrived damaged or incorrect). We'll respond within 2 business days.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items: Full refund or replacement at no cost to you. Contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos.

Change of Mind Returns: Accepted within 30 days; customer covers return shipping. Refunds processed within 5-10 business days of us receiving the item.

Non-Returnable Items: Enamel pins, custom/personalized items, and anything marked "final sale" at checkout are final sale unless defective.

Order Cancellations: Guaranteed only if requested within 12 hours of placing the order.
